Trevien Joseph
Case Manager
Trevien is pursuing a degree in Business Management with a minor in Psychology at the University of Houston. As a youth, Trevien was an active member of a nationwide community reform intern program which catapulted his efforts of advocacy for those that are disadvantaged. Through this, Trevien was able to come in contact with a multitude of people with many differences helping him gain access to his greatest instructor; Life.
Eager to utilize his studies, Trevien took the opportunity to enter the mental health field and gain a hands-on experience with people. He began working for Southwest Residential Care in 2019 as a Residential Care Counselor. At the time, he was stationed at the Like Skills House where he found a deep passion working with those with mental health disorders. Trevien began working for the Shaunty Healing Center in July 2020 as a Residential Care Counselor. His dedication and meaningful relationships granted him a promotion to Case Manager in October 2021.
Here at Shaunty Healing Center, Trevien’s focus is geared towards developing and maintaining the skills necessary to help your loved one achieve realistic goals. Genuine rapport building paired with a kindhearted compassionate approach, Trevien strives to reassure our clients that they have support and access to knowledge that will help conquer day to day activities.
