
Kendall LeBlanc
Case Management Director
In 2020 Kendall graduated from UT MD Anderson Cancer Center School of Health Professions with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Disparities, Diversity, and Advocacy. Before graduation, Kendall interned at a residential treatment center in Lockhart, Texas that specializes in treating minors with sexually-related behavior issues, trauma, and emotional disorders.
Kendall then interned at another residential treatment center in Houston, TX where she co-led process groups, aided in administrative tasks, and created meaningful relationships with residents. Upon graduation, she was hired on as a full-time administrative assistant then in August 2020 transitioned into a Case Manager at the Shaunty Healing Center. Since then she has grown the department to a team of 6 case managers and serves as the Case Management Director.
Kendall is interested in helping people learn how to advocate for their mental and physical health. Her biggest passion is working with individuals who have mental health issues and are involved in the criminal justice system. In addition, she practices a patient and family centered approach to care in order to create relationships grounded in trust and communication.
