“I look at mental health from a holistic perspective. I believe people are best understood and change is best maintained by being aware of all aspects of a person including but not limited to: physical health, genetic influences, cultural identities, behavioral patterns and past experiences. My therapeutic approach emphasizes an appreciation for the complexity and uniqueness of each client. I provide a safe space for each client to explore thoughts, feelings and actions to create an individualized treatment plan based on their specific needs.”
