Karisa Foster

Karisa began her career working for Southwest Residential Care in 2003. She spent 17 years working for the company and gaining experience working with individuals with mental health disorders. She began as a Residential Care Counselor. Her passion and ability to work with other team members and residents allowed her to become the Director of Resident Care.

 

Since Shaunty Healing Center’s inception, Karisa has served as the Resident Liaison. In this position, Karisa gets to focus on her real passion, the residents. Her primary job role is caring for Ongoing Care residents and connecting all residents to services. She also serves a vital role of being a bridge between the clinical team and the resident care team.

 

Karisa is passionate about helping people learn how to develop the skills that are needed to succeed in their own way to live a more meaningful and productive life.
