Jasmine Swafford

Jasmine has worked with clients with mental illnesses and special needs for over nine years. Her outgoing personality and ability to provide calming tools and strategies have been key in helping those she works with move forward positively in their day-to-day lives.

 

Jasmine joined our case management team in August 2022 and continues to advocate and work with those clients.
